Do I need to be from El Paso to shop and buy products locally?

You do not need to be from El Paso to shop with us. If you are from out of town and have the access, we are happy to provide services for you according to our current lead times for local services.
For El Paso orders, how do collections and drop-offs work?

El Paso item collections and deliveries are held at the location entered during checkout. A brief in-person meeting with Dirty K Customs will proceed for the purposes of item collection or delivery. More information is available on our How It Works page.
Can I buy my items online and have them sent directly to you for services?

Dirty K Customs will begin using this model during the first quarter of 2025. For various items such as mirrors, pistol frames, grips, and accessories, this will be the preferred method for order handling.
Who can order items such as magazines and custom Glock accessories? Do they have to be El Paso shoppers?

Currently for non-frame items, any party that can legally purchase and possess these items may order with Dirty K Customs. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to know and abide by applicable state and federal laws before purchasing any item from Dirty K Customs.
Can customers and clients shopping online use the LE/MIL discount as well?

Yes. Customers and clients shopping online (orders outside of El Paso), may also apply for our LE/MIL discount by submitting their details for verification. Please visit the LE/MIL Discount page to get started!
Do you receive shipped frames for services?

In the first quarter of 2025, Dirty K Customs will begin receiving shipments from clients for frame services. Stay connected with us on social media for updates.
Do you work on other platforms besides Glock?
