SHIPPING POLICY
Dirty K Customs ships various items, including but not limited to firearm magazines, firearm accessories, and handgun frames. Items will be shipped according to the selected method during checkout. Estimated shipping timeframes will be posted and updated on our Lead Times/Updates page. It is the sole responsibility of the customer or client to research and obey all applicable local, state, and federal laws in regard to the possession, use, and sale of any firearm-related purchase from www.dirtykcustoms.com.
We do not ship regulated products to states where it is illegal to possess said products.
We do not ship firearms. (i.e, complete lowers, assembled slides and frames)
We do not ship live ammunition.
Magazine Restrictions
Any orders placed for magazines that are not legal in your state will immediately be refunded and restocked and may be subject to a 5% restocking fee.
California: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in CA.
Chicago and other counties within IL: No magazines over the below capacities will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in the following areas.

Aurora, Illinois: maximum capacity of 15 rounds

Cook County, Illinois: maximum capacity of 10 rounds

Illinois: No magazines over 10rd for rifles, 15 for handgun, 7 for shotgun will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in IL.
Colorado: No magazines over 15 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in CO.
Connecticut: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in CT.
Delaware: No magazines over 17 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in DE.
District of Columbia: No magazines over 10 rounds capacity will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in DC.
Hawaii: No magazines over 10 rounds that are compatible with any pistol (to include magazines compatible with both a pistol and rifle) will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in HI.
Maryland: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in MD.
Massachusetts: No magazines over 5 shotgun shells and over 10 rounds for Rifles & Pistols will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in MA.
New Jersey: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in NJ.
New York: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in NY.
Rhode Island: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in RI.
Vermont: No magazines over 10 rounds for Rifles or Shotguns and over 15 rounds for Pistols will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in VT.
Washington: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in WA.
Military APO/FPO: Due to shipping restrictions, GunMag Warehouse is not able to ship to overseas APO/FPO addresses.

Dirty K Customs has thoroughly researched this list, but we do not offer legal advice or make any guarantee on the accuracy of this list. It is the sole responsibility of the customer and client to research and obey all applicable local, state, and federal laws in regard to the possession, use, and sale of any magazine purchased from www.dirtykcustoms.com.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Dirty K customs strives to provide top tier products and services for our customers and clients. Through various services rendered, Dirty K Customs modifies, and permanently alters the nature of client items in order to provide a complete product.
In the event that customers or clients have any issues with their purchase, our number one goal is to solve that issue. If dissatisfied with a purchased product, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may address your situation. We aspire to build trust with our customers and clients, assuring them that they can shop with confidence.
Our refund and exchange policy is 'All Sales Final' on frame packages in which work and services have already been rendered. Due to the nature of these products, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange after this period.
Return eligibility on goods other than frame packages and similar custom products will be determined as follows:
Items must be unused and in the condition that the customer or client received them.
Items must be in original packagings.
Required receipt or proof of purchase.
Dirty K Customs does not accept or handle hazardous materials, including but not limited to flammable liquids and gases. For returns, do not send purchases from Dirty K Customs back to product manufacturers.
